our stay at northern was lovely. the breakfast served was great, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. the double room was spacious, the bed comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. what really stood out was the relaxing lounge area with a cozy fire—a perfect spot after a long day. plus, there were plenty of eating places close by.
the only downside was the carpet in our room could use a replacement.

I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy single room, and I loved how the staff kept my tea refilled without me asking. The hotel has a lovely garden to relax in and an inviting lounge to unwind after a long day. A small thing was that they didn't have my favorite beers available, but honestly, that didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

More cleaning attention required in bathrooms!!! Heating in the evening should be improved for comfort!!! Would appreciate better nightly entertainment options like a pool table or darts!!!
